Book Presentation October 1st

Altrim Publishers’ publishing team is glad to invite you to the book presentation of their most recent architecture monograph, “MAT: Pasión por la arquitectura” written by Ariadna Alvarez Garreta. The presentation will take place next Thursday October 1st at 7:00pm in COAC’s Auditorium at Pç Nova 5, Barcelona

Published for the first time is the complete work of the great Catalan architect who has left much of his legacy in Barcelona. He was part of the generation of the Escola de Barcelona, but later he left to continue his own career in fashion and trends. An architect by vocation, he made his profession his life without neglecting his passions: culture, motorcycles and travel. Discover all this with this publication including texts by colleagues and collaborators from his studio, ALTRIM.

The event will be opened by Lluis Comerón, COAC’s dean and will be presented by Ariadna Alvarez Garreta, architecture, author and founder of Altrim Publishers.

We will also have contributions by Josep Acebillo, architect; Joan Miquel Coll Valls, architect; Ignasi Riera i Mas, architect; and Jordi Querol i Piera, architect who will also play some of Astor Piazzolla’s piano works. By the end of the event, some glasses of cava Llopart Brut Nature will be served.
